Today, two triads are presented: opioid poisoning and chronic pancreatitis.

  • Classic triad of opioid poisoning : 1) CNS depression, 2) Respiratory depression, 3) Miosis.
  • Classic triad of chronic pancreatitis: 1) Pancreatitic calcifications, 2) Steatorrhea, 3) Diabetes mellitus.
